Meet the Founder - Cara Barnes

Cara Barnes is the Chief People Officer and Founder of Good Carma Consulting LLC. She has over 15+ years of Business Development & Sales Experience and 8+ years working with small startups in the Human Capital Management Industry.
Cara double majored in Rhetoric and Gender and Women Studies at the University of California Berkeley along with her professional experience has made her uniquely qualified to provide guidance and support for small start-up companies. It takes a critical eye, an optimistic outlook, emotional intelligence, and a strategic mind to be a successful startup advisor and consultant.
Outside of her professional life, Cara volunteers her time playing the ukulele with the Aloha Uke Squad who regularly performs at farmer markets and festivals. You will find her spending a lot of her time baking on the weekends with her partner.
